Anyone seen the Corsa advert with the integrated bike carrier? Looks like a great idea, whether it works well in practise though is another mattter.

Anyone tried one out?

£500 - how does that compare with the usual way - given that you need extra lights an a number plate?

Renault got there first with the Modus - but I do like the girl in the ad's 'cycling top' - but then again it's a Vauxhall - I had a rental Corsa the other week and inspiring it wasn't.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Didn't realise it was £500 to have it as an extra! A tad excessive, especially if you can only put one bike on it. Although I suppose it is very convenient if you travel a lot with your car and bike.

Monty - true about vauxhalls generally. I've not driven the corsa (not since I was 18 anyway!). But I've had a Astra hire cars a few times and they are a surprisingly nice drive (TDi versions each time!).
