Rockshox Revelation Air v Coil

Sorry if this question has been brought up before but what is the difference between Rockshox Revelation Air and Coil.
I like the sound of the Coil U-Turns as they cover 85-130 whereby the Air U-Turns cover only 100-130. Also there is a big price difference between the two. Which are the most reliable and better ones

air fork is lighter however is a little pricier than coil, also air is much easier to adjust and tune to your body weight wheras coil forks require a change of spring if you are anything over or under average weight. I have the fixed travel 130mm air version and it is a great fork.0

I had the same question and went for the coil U-turn in the end
A: as I wanted the u-turn adjustability
B: I`ve had air forks before and wanted a bit more plushness (at the penalty of slightly more weight)
The coil Revs certainly deliver on all the above0 -
Thanks for that, the next question is what weight is average for a coil fork. I'm 6"1 and 13.5 stone.0

IIRC all the Rockshox range are set for rider around 70kg. If you look on the RS website they are listed.0

I`m 13 stonw and my revs seem ok sag wise although I think they`re still to bed in fully.
I think your weight would be fine for the coils but I`m not an expert.0
