Mugura Evolution Adaptors Questions

I have a set of magura rims brakes, old models round 02/03 the red version. I was thinking of getting one of these for the back of my bike. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=7833
Question is does this make it much easier to set the brakes up like the user review states and how much does it stiffen the back up? also am i right in guessing i can still you the red brake booster with this kit.
