Cyclists as witnesses

This morning on Buckinham Palace road:
Metro van reverses into the car behind it. Accidents happen and no-one was injured. But of the 6 cyclist immediately behind these two vehicles, and one car too, all just went round the two stationary vehicles as soon as they could - actually the cyclists were pushing past the two drivers who were trying to exchange details. No one offered to be a witness.
If ever they have a non-fault accident I hope Karma is restored. Insurance claims without a witness are a nightmare.

lol, insurance claims, of the 3 times that I have been hit by cars, only one bothered to stop to see if I was OK, never mind exchange insurance details!!!0
