I have a rear juicy 3 which is about 20cm to short for the frame i`m trying to it on. Is it possible to replace/extend the cable? Can`t seem to find any info on this other than to shorten it! If so, roughly how much would a bike shop charge for this?

Many thanks
Dave

Dont know how much they would charge, but make sure they have the proper bleed kit for Avid brakes. You should be able to buy a new hose which will be long enough for the bike. Though you may have to get the shop to order it in for you if you want to keep it standard. The only ones I've seen (only a quick look tho') have been braided ones for around £30......

Since it's a hydraulic brake you'll need hose and not cable, but yes its quite possible, you could even upgrade to goodridge hoses if your feeling plush, obviously once replaced the system will need setting up with hydraulic fluid i wouldn't imagine a bike shop would charge much more than about £20 plus parts.
