help mum and dad problems

Dose any one know any good ideas this is my predicament.
I have own 1 and ½ bikes the hole bike is a fully upgrade specialized the other is a kona witch my mum and dad own half of witch I am only £115 off paying them back put the kona I what to strip and move computes for my other bike to it.
Witch I cant do until I own the hole bike ( that is what my mum and dad said ) dose any one have any tips on how to persuade them to allow me to do that so I can sell the parts 2 pay them the other £115
