really cheap, comfortable, stick in your ear really easily (in fact it says L and R on each, but the right fits better in the left ear, and the left fits better in the right ear, lol)

they dont damage easy, as i've spent allot on a pair of headphones prior to these, and i fell asleep on them once, and the next day the sound quality was never the same forever. (slightly muffled gritty sound)

the http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/xx/1963 ... eresn.html haven't damaged once for me at all, ive had them for nearly a year now, and use them for all occasions (especially cycling, they've never fallen out once for me) they dont completely block out all other sound, so you can hear traffic a mile off, the cord on them is long enough, also you can fit one in your ear coming from the standard bicycle pocket which is situated on your back near ur backside and the other can go back in the pocket easily, not causing any tugging, but not being to lose. also recommend an mp3player, as there cheap, and if dropped aren't as likely to brake as easily, unlike I-pods which are.... unreliable in allot of circumstances(maybe not for you) but for allot they do naff up, and cost money/time effort and stress. (and if u drop one and brake is, or lose it then you've lost allot of money).

good luck, have fun.
