Ever wondered how many people you cycle past on the way home who are sat in their cars in traffic on the way to the gym to ride a stationary bike? :?

Another one is the people I see standing at a bus stop...then I see them walking past my front window when I'm already on teh setee having a nice cup of coffee

i dont do cardio in the gym, i do purely weights. Cant do weights whilst riding!
