2007 XTC 3.5 0r 2008 Fury ?

Seen the XTC 3.5 for £474 or alternatively the Fury which is on Halfords for £439 Have had carrera's in the past and they were reliable just curious given the choice is the Giant better for XC and a bit of commuting ? Or would anyone recomend the Decathlon bikes ? :D

    XTC has more race orientated geometry than the Fury.
    Both damn good bikes,choice is more down to your riding style and what you feel comfortable on.

    Ideally you need to go test ride both,to see what feels right for you.

    Is the '08 Fury on the website? I can only see the '07, unless they haven't changed much.
