Hey, My 318 U-turns sound like they draw air in and out as you compress/release them. Is this normal..will it go away or should i just live with it. I know other people who have the same fork but it doesn't make this noise at all.
the fork is currently 1 day old.
Any help appreciated

i have the tora 302 (100mm), and when the rebound adjustment is on, they do make that noise. its perfectly normal, and i wouldnt worry. its just how the forks internals work i thinkCarbon 456... http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/8854609/0

how come it doesn't happen on others? IS there any way to stop it or am i really best to just let it be.
Also i weight 76kg, is it worth the 35 quid to go to a stiffer spring? (the 70-80kg one)0 -
have a play with the rebound adjuster."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I've just had a play..I couldn't get rid of it even on the quickest setting. I'm happy enough with it though so ill just leave it. As long as I know it isn't buggered0

Just had a look on the Internet. It seems some people's do and other don't. Could it be anything to do with oil level.. If i can easily make it stop making the noise I'd like to..0

Actually I'm just going to leave it. It feels good as it is and I'd hate to screw it up. At least I know it is working
Cheers for your help:)0 -
My new tora 302 u-turns do this as well. Its just the damping system working.
