Anyone dealt with Scott?
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone on here has ever dealt with Scott? I have returned my CR1 with a crack in the bottom bracket and since I couriered the frame off I've heard nothing from the guy I've been dealing with. Its all legit, my LBS got in touch with the Scott man so its not as though I've sent it to some lucky randomer (even though it's bust). Is this the norm for Scott staff? Not even an email to say they've recieved it? It also means I'm riding my winter bike already which is a bit depressing given the recent weather, although my shoes are still full of water from todays adventures!
