I have a road bike set up with 2005/6 campag mirage/ xenon. It is a 9 speed set up with ergo levers. The frame was initially set up with down tube levers.
If I wanted to swap to a flat bar set up, is there a flat bar shifter that does campag 9 speed? or would I need to go back to the down tube shifters and brake levers?
Cheers, Col.

  • Campag don#t do a 9spd flatbar shifter. I think you would need to use a SRAM or Shimano shifter and a JTEK Shiftmate on the rear mech
Recipe: shave legs sparingly, rub in embrocation and drizzle with freshly squeezed baby oil.

They do. 2006 Mirage FB shifter would work. You'ld probably need a new FB front mech too.

Of you could get some friction shifters....

As already posted....the 2006 Mirage FB levers were 9 speed, Available in two versions either caliper brake or linear brake compatible. Flatbar Ergos are hard enough to find already without needing such a specific 2006 model.

You don't need a FB specific front mech if you already have one that is marked QS (Quick Shift)
I'd rather walk than use Shimano
