Ive just got some cont. speed kings and after a couple of rides when cleaning noticed a cut on the sidewall about 1/2" long. It doesn't go through the ply just the top rubber.

Is it safe to repair this or junk the wheel?
If repair ? how?

Looking closer at the wheels, Ive noticed there are quite a few small nicks and cuts on the tyres. I never got this with my vapours or verticals.

I would junk them - the tyre's strength is compromised and the last thing you want is for it to fail whilst halfway up a mountain.
