Personally, I'd go for Will Bain, at Bicyclerepair.co.uk, Pollokshaws Road. Very reliable and friendly and he does all the work personally so you are guaranteed quality every time. BTW he is on holiday this week.

And another vote for Al, I have two pair of his wheels and they are first class. Added to that his shop is a life changing experience :P
