2000 Orange Ms Isle Chain Device...

Afternoon,
I have the misfortune to STILL have the same chain device on my orange that it came with back in 2000. It is one of those Truvativ jobbys with the little wheel running top and bottom.
Could anyone tell me what kind of mounting I have so i can get a new chain device??? It seems to attached to the bottom bracket and has a little fitting with two screws that bite onto the bb shell to stop it turning.
Any suggestions on a resonably priced chain device i could get to replace it?
