Magura HS33 rim brakes

I've got problems with the above brakes - after applying the brake, the pad on one side of the wheel doesn't return back properly and keeps rubbing the rim a bit. The adjustment is fiddly but I cannot get rid of this whatever I do. And this happens with both front and rear brake. The pistons move OK and they release fine, it's just the pads. Any tip other than kepp readjusting?
Cheers

i thought that the pads clipped onto the pistons?

is it the same one F and R? ie with or withj out the hose to the lever?

    Not the same one, actually.
The pads kind of slip into the holders when installed and the problem is the pistons sometimes push them partially out of the holders.

OK,OK you are right. I doublechecked and the pads clip into the pistons directly. So the problem is that because of thefriction the whole thing doesn't return back properly. Should I oil the mechanism (not the pads of course)? Anybody experienced similarly?

pull the pads of and make sure the bodies are clean and the pads and pistons can move freely.

Have you bled them recently? If so, with which fluid?
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
