Can't find any reference to this in Campaign, so apologies if it's already been discussed.
This is a "heads up" on the Dept. Transport consultation on a cycling infrastructure design document. Interested parties are invited to respond and it's already been sent to the Usual Suspects. The deadline is 5 November. I've had a quick glance through it & there's a lot of good stuff in there. I expect I'll find some gripes when I go through it in detail. You can find details at:
