Ahhh, the irony, ending their season early because of + dope tests.

But at least they're taking the week off as per the rules.

Maybe they can spend the next two weeks implementing a credible anti-doping regime rather than the half arsed one they put in place this year?

They had 2 positives this year. Second was announced in the Vuelta, so they're supposed to be suspended for a week starting at the next Pro Tour event. That is Paris Tours and means they won't be able to line up for Lombardy.

Seems a bit odd that they've waited until so long after the Bernucci + to make this announcement! :?

    I suspect they've been reminded.

And they also tried to pretend Bernucci wasn't really positive.

Damn, all those PTP points I'll be missing...

Anyway, now I can sit back in my hot tub with a couple of the podium girls I met this year with a cold beer in my hand watching the rest of you scavenging around the bin ends of the season.

Be careful. That's exactly what happened to Ulle. Next thing you know, you'll be about twice the weight of anyone else at next years PTP training camp and thinking seriously about consulting Spanish doctors.

I've tried already, the doctors are all on holiday visiting great catherdral cities in France, and some garbled message about "sweeping up some falling leaves...". Must be to do with some new herbal infusion.
