Dinotte tail light mount fitting

Has anyone used this new tail light mount yet. With the o-rings it fits great on an oversized seatpost but is pretty loose on a standard sized post. Has anyone else had this problem, and has it mattered having a loose mounting?

I've put the bar mounting for an HRM on the post and mounted it around that which I hope will work but has anyone got a more elegant solution?

Is the bracket too big or is it the O-ring?

You could buy an O-ring from a local dealer that may be more suitable they may ask for a material, EPDM is cheap and would do the job.

The o-ring is too big for the standard seatpost size. Any suggestions for who would sell o-rings.

why not try some elastic bands, maybe doubled up ?

I have used these in the past, they found me an o-ring for work and never charged me, very helpful.
