I currently have Juicy 3's on my bike and have been thinking of upgrading them to 7's is it worth the extra outlay and are there any others out there worth looking at. Or are there any other lever's i could use with my existing calipers

Probably not worth it. If your brakes work fine, why bother?

I have juicy 3s and TBH they do what there supposed to do and do it brilliantly, i wouldn't bother either.

Have you tried a set of Juicy 7s before?

No problems with stopping with my Juicy 3's.

I do like the advantage of adjustable levers on the 7's.
