Perineum soreness?

I've tried all kinds of saddles with holes and without holes but my perineum gets really sore. I think mine must be extra sensitive? The only way I can ride is by tilting the saddle nose down quite a bit so that my "sit bones" are the only point of contact with the saddle. This means my hands really hurt as they're supporting all the extra weight. I've coped with this method for a while but It's getting to the point that I'm worried about damage to my hands.

Anybody else had a similar problem?

Get yourself to a bike fit specialist - you're probably reaching too far and pulling yourself down onto the nose of the saddle. You need to get your pelvis tilted and weight back over the back of the saddle. Without seeing you sat on a bike it's virtually impossible to give informed advise.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
