DMR sidekick- Somethings rubbing?

I just picked up my new DMR sidekick 06 and somethings rubbing. i think it might be the roller or the chain. What should i do? :(

    new or used?


    work out what is happening and fix or get it fixed.

    Brand new. im trying to find out whats wrong....

    brand new then take it back and get the shop fix it.
