Bottom Bracket maintenance

Hi all,
I'm a learner in this department and am after advice on whether my bottom bracket/bearings need maintenance or replacement.
The crankset on my '07 Specialzed Epic Expert is Shimano M-760 XT Hollowtech II, 2pc crank/BB
Here are the pics of each side, i'm concerned that i've never touched these other than clean and have no idea if they are maintenenace free or need regular care etc.
I hear a grinding noise, and have included a quick vid so you can hear (turn your speakers up loud)

ALSO - Do you think my rings are worn, they look more shark tail to me than unequal ramp angles on both sides ?

The teeth look fine. Jut rinse all the dirt off with water.
