A mate of mine was riding his brand new Boardman comp, only the second outing on the bike (first was Kielder Black Trail). He went round a corner and the crank arm fell off - sending him into the floor damaging his shoulder.

What should he do? I told him take pics and get a no win no fee lot onto Halfords!
