I'm planning on riding in bedgebury forest in kent? sussex? anyway its got some freeride etc and i'm wondering which bike to take. I've got a marin alpine trail full sus frame but all the parts for it are currently on an on-one inbred 456.

I'm wondering will the inbred be strong enough to take on the freeride stuff shown below or shall i build back up my full sus marin (one evenings work so relatively easy to do)
