Full face helmet safety question

I've just got a 2007 No Fear Prime full face helmet (the black model)

My question is, that on the back of it there is a British Safety standards sticker which is labelled as 'British Motorcycle Sport' and the helmet is said to meet or exceed DOT standards.
The exact same sticker is on my AGV Stealth motorbike helmet, so am I right in thinking I could legally wear the No Fear helmet on my motorbike on the road if I wanted to ?
I think I'd stick with the AGV but it would be good to know if the No Fear helmet is road legal or not.

If i'm right the highway code says that "motorcyclists must wear a helmet that meets the current safety regulations and standards" so if that helmet does i'd say yes...0

Cheers for that, sounds like it's a road legal helmet then.
Doesn't seem to offer the same amount of protection as my AGV by any means but it's worth knowing at least.
It just surpised me to see the identical BS standards sticker on the back of an MTB helmet as on a fully fledged motorcycle helmet.Dave S0 -
It's on a lot of motocross sites as well.
I'd guess its actually designed for motocross rather than MTB specific.
Still, who cares, it meets the standards.
