I am visiting my parents in Cwmbran this weekend and wondered if there are any forumers that live in the area that would be interested in doing a ride on sunday morning? I was planning to do a loop to Tintern and back, more than likely be about 40 miles, starting at 0900 on sunday, but if anyone else is planning a ride of simular length and would not mind me tagging along, that would be great as well.

Steve - you could join a sizeable group (anything between 12 and 30 riders) on a sunday morning ride starting from Maindy track in Cardiff at 09:30. There is usually 2 groups - one doing a long fast distance (think 70-80 miles ish) the other shorter and more sedate (40-50 miles). I'll be there whatever the weather, its mostly local club riders now at this time of year so should be reasonably well organised. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you directions to the stadium0

I have not entered the Autumn Epic, I would not have had the time to do it anyway. Thanks for the invite to track, cannot make that either.
