Removing chain lube stain from frame

Washed my bike tonight and accidently got some Muc Off chain lube onto the white pearlescent frame. Tried washing it off immediately with loads of Muc Off cleaner, but it just smeared - the more I tried cleaning, the larger the stain got.
Gave up in the end as its got a bit cold, and my back was playing up. Do peeps wreckon degreaser will get this stuff off or any other suggestions?
This lube also seems to be quite difficult to get off deraileurs and excess on the chainrings. I thought it was a relatively light dry lube!
