downhill at a budget

hi ther i was just wanderin if my saracen mantra 3 will be any good to start downhilling and sum jumps as i want to start downhilling but i had a tight budget and was told this was one of the best bikes to start downhilling.

its hardly one of the best bikes for it, probably closer to the worst, but its ok for the price.
