GPS thingy found in Central London

If you've lost one of these electronic thingies in Central London today - I have it.
I found it on a cycle lane so I'm pretty sure it belongs to a cyclist.
I'll be taking it to a police station at some point - but I thought I'd see if I could find the owner directly first.
