If i were to do some free riding in winter, what kind of maintenance should i have for my bike and what should i be prepared for? I also want to know what kind of tools/equipment would i need to keep my bike in good condition. By the way, would any of you guys recommend biking in winter, or is it that bad?

Well, here in the UK winter starts around July and ends in April so we have to ride in winter otherwise we wouldn't get any riding in at all.
Lube, ride, clean, lube, ride, clean, lube, ride, clean, lube....(winter? What winter!? )0 -
exactly what lost-time said but remember to check bolts and nuts more often as they come looser in the wet!0

i dont ride as much in winter; most of the time i tend to get it running really smooth again, but when i do ride, the bike ususally gets cleaned after every ride and lubed up.I said hit the brakes not the tree!!
