New Fork

I'm looking for a new 100-120mm travel fork for some dj/fr type stuff (though i am partial to a bit of dh too, but definitely don't want anything so extreme as 888s etc). I don't need anything incredible, but would like a bit of advice. At the moment i've got a mogoose tyax with the stock suntour xcm's, which i think i rode a little bit hard, because the preload adjust is now shagged (popped it off, presumably after jumping a little bit too hard). They still work, so it's nothing too urgent.
I'd like the forks to be compatible with a more dj orientated frame, like the trailstar, as i'm planning to upgrade soon.
Thanks for any help
john

have a look around for some of them as crc is not selling them any more!0 -
just found out!
I'm just googling around now. Some on US ebay.... 75 bucks is pretty friggin good - assuming they didn't go up any more! :P0 -
is that for drop-off's or argyles?0

have you got a 20mm compatable hub?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
Unfortunately not at the moment - it's a QR, so i'd probably need a new hub + wheel rebuild or i might just say bugger it and get some decent wheels while i'm at it.0

if you are getting new wheels i would probably get drop-offs!
but if not get argyles?0 -
Argyles need a 20mm axle too, don't they?0
-
oops forgot about that, probs just better geting new wheels while your at it!0
