DHB ones from wiggle for £18 aren't too bad.
I've got a pair and I'm happy with them.

Thoroughly recommend Nalini Rodano. Top class kit, good longevity.0

I'd avoid the Biemme ones I have - the elastic cuts into the calfs like cheesewire.
Every time I wear them I say I'll cut the elastic for comfort.
And then I forget. Til next time. :oops:0 -
I got some Nike ones from my LBS, cost me about £70, before that I've had Biemme and Endura. The Nikes are the best so far...Crash 'n Burn, Peel 'n Chew

Craft 3/4, excellently comfortable and have been my legwear of choice for most of `summer`, very good insert padding, low cut front; porobaly not good though for real cold weather as quite light lycra material0

Got some Briko ones out of the bargain bin at the LBS. They're too short so they ride up and cut into the back of my knees. Any recommendations for 3/4 tights for longshanks?0

Not quite what the o/p wanted but, have you thought of just buying good quality knee warmers (sometimes called kneekers). That way you have a constantly variable heat regulation system. Just a thought. Works for me (as do arm warmers for the same reason)2 minute grovels can sometimes be a lot longer..tho' shorter on a lighter bike :-)

DHB's excellent value £30+ with fleece lining (arm warmers are good to).
Didn't like the look of the insert (quality wise) when they arrived but with chammy cream i've had no problems and would buy again.0
