Cycling in the Netherlands

Hi, I'm relatively new to cycling (I got my first bike in July 07) and I love it! 
I'm fifteen years old, I live in the Netherlands (which is great for cycling) and try to cycle about 3/4 times per week at about 30-60 mins at a time.
The trouble is however, I can't seem to find any decent routes or even any clubs in my local area!
I know its a long shot but i was wondering if anybody new of any cycling clubs in The Hague(Den Haag) area?
