I'm about to buy 2 bikes for my 6 year old (7 in October) twins.
1 boy, 1 girl.
Any advice? What should I look out for?
Best makes/value for money?
How does the Trek MT60 rate?
Are there any equivalents I should look at?
Looking to spend up to c£180 per bike.
Going to a bike shop (Bike Factory, Chester) on Saturday and want to get sorted then, so not much time for research.

Have a good look at Puky http://www.puky.net/homepage/index.htm
These are sensible well made german bikes with useful things like mudguards and back pedal brakes.
We have a Z6 and Z8 which the kids love.
