Rapha Jersey Cut

hi. what does anyone think of the rapha jersey retro cut. i like the styling but someone told me that they didn't like the retro cut. any thoughts? i realise it is down to personal preference but what is generally considered the best cut jersey???

    Depends on your body shape. If you have a "real" roadie physique (i.e. a pair of lungs on legs) then you can live with the tight cut arms and fitted feel. If like me you are not built that way (too big arms and lats for Rapha jerseys) then you need to go for some looser fitting things.
    What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!

    They modified the cut on their sportwool jersey this year to be much closer fitting and, in my opinion, it's definitely an improvement. The jersey fits beautifully now whereas before it hung on me.

    Word of caution: I fit McBain_v1's definition of 'a pair of lungs on legs'. :wink:
