Looking for a xc style helmet, mainly for single track riding, cannock/llagdella/northface etc.
Looking at the spesh range atm as thats what my local stocks.
- Got an option of the Instinct (£50) Propero (£90) Decibel (£110) or the 2d (£130ish).
- Just wondering what i get for the extra money, i beleave some have internal frames?
Also, in some limited colours, wiggle have the Decibel for £62, and i have a £5 off if use it before friday. But the colours are lame and i wont get to try one on till saterday.

Can you paint helmets?
- I guess the outshell is just polycarbonate, although it will be painted on the inside i guess, and inpossable to seperate or clean.
