    Who the f**k is running the UCI? Either they sign a contract with Stuttgart, or they just make it up as things go along. In order to organise a World Championships, you need contracts and agreements in place. If the anti-doping charter had legal backing, it would have forced Bettini to sign; instead the UCI's "make it up as you go along and to hell with the detail" ways are coming back to haunt them.

    Frankly, I hope the entire UCI board takes a good look at the way it's bringing the sport down...
