Hi, im new to the site.
Was into biking about 2/3 years ago, but not done much since i went to uni. However, ive just bought a second hand GT agressor XCR 18" frame with hydraulic discs, gel racing seat, DMR v12mags with titanium axles.
Got it for £250 which i dont think is bad, it looks in really good nick. Am i thinking right?
Only thing is now to get on it and get back into it, really looking forward to going in Wharncliffe woods again (really close to where i live) Sheffield.

If you think it was worth the money, then it was worth it. Get out there and enjoy yourself. Welcome, too.
I\'m pushing the pedals on my season cycle0 -
Welcome back to MTB
Bike sounds nice, so get out and ride!
Do you have a friend to share the fun with? Its always good to have a riding buddy to keep you interested.0 -

Wharncliffe rules ;-)0 -
Hi
Been out today already, think i over did it a bit though, 5miles, half of it uphill
Yes wharncliffe does rule, changed a bit since i last went down some of the trails, mostly the inclusion of some BIG jumps! Well big to me!
No im afraid i dont have a riding buddy, but my girlfriends cousin is that way inclined (biking) so im sure hell come with me sometimes.
Wanting to do a saturday ride somewhere in the peak district, not far from where i live if possible to last around 3/4 hours..............anyone got any links to any routes? Nothing too challenging, but i just want to get out and have a go!0 -
Where abouts in Sheffield are you from?0

Ha, snooker club, Rayal Oak, Waggon ;-)
Wish I lived in Greno, save the bloody climb up to the crags.0 -
Im not so lucky either, live on whitley lane near whitley hall, 15/20min ride uphill and i mean uphill before i get to the good stuff!
I like wharncliffe but it aint that big, no sooner have you rode through, it ends, do you find that?
Im after some longer rides! :?0 -
Your just a hop accross the fields from me then, I live next to Windmill lane. Yeah, that climb is a bugger!0
