I expect it will be US unless it's a newer 24seven.

If it is US, and presuming you dont have a BB extractor this is how I do it… (excuse my poor explanation)

1st take the crank arms off then knock out the axle with a hammer (with a bit of wood between the hammer and axle).

Next get the extension bar from your socket and place it through one side of the BB so it rests on the back of the opposite BB cup. Now hit the socket bar with the hammer. Do this a little at a time all the way round the inside of the BB cup (ie start at 12 o'clock and tap you way back round to 12), making sure you tap it out evenly. If it's starts to pop out more on one side then just tap the opposite side. Providing they're not rusted it should be relatively easy... as I said, just be sure to tap it out a little bit at a time all the way round each BB cup.

To fit the Profile cranks it's prettey much the reverse…

1st clean and grease the BB shell on your frame, also grease up the new BB cups. Then place one BB cup in the BB shell and a bit of wood over the top. Now simply tap the wood with your hammer, all the way around till the BB cup sits flush with your frame. Again, try to get it as even as possible. Next up you add the (suitably greased) tube spacer and slide in the axle. Finally, slide the other BB cup over the axle and tap it in with the bit of wood till it's flush. All you have to do now if fit any spacers if required and then put the arms back on. Profile make amazing cranks and I'm pretty sure they come with instructions anyway.

Shouldn’t take longer than about 30 minutes max to remove one set and fit the other.

I got some new cranks today so that's excaly what I'll be doing tonight.

If you have a Euro BB then I can't help as I've only ever had bikes with US BBs since I've been servicing them myself.
