Hi,
I'm thinking about buying a surly pacer frameset and building a bike based on ultegra groupset, does anyone have one of these bikes built up, I'm a bit curious at what they're like to ride, I'm looking for a comfortable bike to ride on long days out.
I have a spesh tricross, which is a good bike but a bit harsh on the roads and a langster, good for commuting.
I know the surly is a plain guage tubed bike and had considered getting a hand built frame but from what I've seen they're out of my budget at the moment.
Wiggle are selling the pacer frameset at a very rerasonable £272.00.
any comments appreciated.
