Hi guys! another lunch break email... 
I am about to start building my Epic and went on the parktool website to look for tips, but
found that they want you to buy all their tools..!
I was hoping that some of you had useful tips on how fit headset and crown race witout
having to empty my piggybank on special tools or going to my lbs.

make a headset press.
threaded bar some plates and some nuts.
you can buy one for about 30 ponds.

headset is CK,cost me £90. frame is Epic Sworks 2005, £2500

For a pimpy CK headset i would let ur LBS fit it, it should only cost u £12-15 and atleast u know it has defo been fitted correctly.0
