How to wash sixsixone padded shorts

The shorts below have been great - know I have a bit of protection has given me a bit of extra confidence ......thing is how should I wash these ?

40 degrees should do.

no info re washing on the label - washing up is usually the wifes job - do I just put in the machine - or just soak em ?

i just throw all my cycling stuff in at 40.

never had a problem. but i would not tumble dry.

I wash mine at 30 deg and hang out to dry.Not had any problems.
