which mud tyres

I ride an On one ss and as winter approaches I think I'm going to need more traction, especially through mud. I ride tracks and woods with roots and rocks. I need to ride to the off roadness about 4 miles each way. Can anyone recommend a mud tyre that is too extreme but works in mud.

Panaracer Trailrakers are meant to be very good in slimy wet british conditionsor even more extreme are Panaracer Fire mud tires. These are quite narrow at 1.8" but they literally cut through any slime and crap on top to the solid grippy stuff underneath, u would need to be a smooth rider with them though cos of the lack of shock absorption they provide.0

Trailrakers are highly regarded for thick mud, If not Panaracer Cinders are also very good.___________________________________________________________

Yes Bontrager MUD-X are tubeless ready but sealant is needed, can be used with normal tube as well
