I have Shimano MT90s - they are Gore-Tex lined, warm an waterproof, and they also work as walking boots (they have Vibram soles). They have stiff soles but also good for walking. Sizing is small, I had to get 47, whilst I am usually size 45 in other makes of shoe.

I have just bought a pair of these
Rated at about the best winter boot going. Not tried them yet, but the construction is very good.
I also have a pair of these for commuting and use as my all round boots. So far so good, the commute this morning was very wet, on a canal towpath- one of the puddles is around 1/2- 3/4 of a mile in length. Feet were dry and toasty when I got to work- but as with all boots they may let water in round the top. I was wearing waterproof overtrousers this morning so didn't suffer that problem.

Out of the two I have, the Lake boots are prob the best. And have won most awards for winter boots.....
