Should I feel insulted??

Was out this afternoon near Coalville, had seen a few signs warning of a cycle event, stopped at one junction and asked one of the marshalls what the event was and he told us it was Coalville Wheelers womens open event, fair enough
Carried on for a another mile or so, came to another junction and the marshall there jumped out and started to wave his red flag to warn the apporaching traffic
Problem for me is that I'm a 6 ft 4 38 year old bloke!!! :x
Just hoping he was partially sighted, at the very least! :oops:
Oh well, least I had a clear run out of the junction thanks to him!
