Been using really cheap Raleighs for last 10 years (they keep going), about time i got something better. Finding it difficult to find any lightweight rigid manufacturers. They all seem to be heavyweight Raleighs and Carreras.

lots out there look at planet x and on-one or surly to name a few there are more but i cant think of them of the top of my head.

i should have also asked what weight are you looking for for the frame/bike?

    gears/single speed? 26" or 29" wheels?

I'm biased but how about a Merlin or Rocklobster?? both can be made very light if thats what floats ur boat.
