Tug nuts or chain tensioner for forward facing drop outs

As seen on the link. Is it still possible to buy new ones for bikes with forward facing drop outs?

Would be handy on my Carlton!

Can live without them but would be nice to have a pair.

The old Cyclo made chaintugs can be picked up at bike jumbles for £1 to £5 a pair depending on quality, all the ones I've seen on E-Bay have gone for ridiculous prices.
I have picked mine up at local jumbles like Herne Hill etc

I need some cost effective parts as old quil stems seem to go for silly money.

Not sure they are few and far between down South, Herne Hill Good Friday track meet usually has a few bits as does the Mildenhall Rally.
Check out the Veteran Cycle Club they usually advertise them.
