Bottom Bracket Power Meter

I believe it is the Ergomo power meter that is just a bottom bracket.
How does it work as only the torque from the left leg is transmitted through the BB?
The right leg turns the chain directly, generating no torque at the BB.
Is it accurate with only one leg power measured, what if I pull up with my right leg as well, this power can't be measured???
Anyone with any experience of these?
Thanks. :?:

Testing an Ergomo against a set of SRM Lab Quality cranks it was within 2.5%, but there will obviously be differences if you have a dominant leg (with a significant difference). The conclusion is that it is reasonably accurate (certainly as a training/racing tool - if not as a lab tool for scientific purposes). It would be fine for tracking individual progress as it is very consistent and any discrepancies between it and 'actual' power will be small and not relevant.0
