Returning after injury

8 weeks ago I broke my foot, but got an infection in it.
What I would to know is what is my best plan to get my fittness back. Foot is all better but feels weak . I ride xc no jumping just trails .

  • Depends on what doc or physiotherapist says really but i suppose to begin with would be plain old walking and then just gentle rides without to much pressure on said foot, ie, not cranking it uphill or boneshaking downs.....

    Build up over time and increase power, duration type of terrain, that kind of thing.

    But get proper medical advice first. No point on buggering up your foot for longer....

    Depends what you broke, where you broke, how it was fixed and how and where you ended up getting infection in it.......
